2018 Goals and Training plans

I'm excited to kick off 2018 and have a number of goals in mind for the new year.

1- Keep up this blog on at least a weekly basis

2- No drinking for January and generally only drink on weekends/special occasions

3- Keep up regular run training for the Sugarloaf Marathon, ideally hitting a minimum 5 of 6 weekly workouts. This is the workout plan I will start January 15th. I hope to hit 1500 miles by next December 31st. In 2017 I ran 526 miles, which is significantly more than the 148 I ran in 2016.

4- Get on my bike/trainer twice a week

5- Swim twice a week
